I am searching for my fiancee's father. All I know is that his father's name is Paul Manley. The last thing that was known is that he lived in Greensboro, North Carolina. Paul should be about 71 years old by now, and he has another son named Paul Lindley Manley Jr. I don't know if Paul has any other kids. Somehow, my fiancee, Charles, is related to somebody named Francis Manley in Liberty, North Carolina, but I don't know how they're related. Any information that anybody has would be very appreciated. Please respond to liquid_sun18@hotmail.com

They had 8 children of which Phil is #5. Patrick's dad was Patrick J Sr , who was married to Martha Pauline Groll in 1915and had 2 boys, Pat and Robert. We know nothing of Martha's family other that her parents names and those of 2 of her siblings. Patrick Sr. was one of 10 children. Some died in the Johnstown Flood of 1889. We know more of the Manley side with some dates if they are related to you. Patrick Sr, Patrick Jr , Robert and Martha lived in Baltimore, Maryland. Patrick Sr.'s father was James Manley. Our Manley's came over in the 1840's and 1850's during the Irish famine years. We don't know exactly where in Ireland, however.
