Surnames: Johnson Shield
Hi,
Can someone please try and read the signature underneath the witness Thos. Johnson (also a Johnson, but I cannot make out the first name and this is my only clue to this person).

Amazing how it becomes so clear when a suggestion is made.
I hope this is right, the 'u' is a bit odd but this is the 1800s.

I thought in was an An.....
