Would like some help in filling in the gaps of the French text to English of marriage record for Nicolas Jacques & Catherine Alard. Have tried to guess at some words but failed. Wondering if someone fluent in French might have a better grasp at filling in the blanks. I also attached a file of the document.

Hi!
After so many years I think my researchs about Jacques name
are ending.ecently in november 2011 i had been in Spain in a little middle edge city named Jaca .This city is in the Pirineus Mountains and was in the 1500 the firs capital of the Aragon Kingdon..Its umbeliveble how everything is like the early times!!!So you can imagine ,ne name Jacques cames from Jaca. And the habitants from Jaca are named the Jacques.
The spanish kings Fernando e Isabel from Aragon took off the jewish people his belongs and properties until this peaplol runs away from France, because is the neigbourhood, very close, on the other side of the mountains for dont be killet for the inquisicion.Thats what I find until now..

I notice this is an old thread, but nobody seems to have responded thus far. Thought I would offer my stab at translating the cited record in the event you are still looking for it. Some gaps are illegible, but I've filled in as per the general format in use at the time. I think the key elements, names, are all there.

The 5th of November in the year 1719, after the publication of 3 bans of marriage done during the sermon of the parish masses in this parish, between Nicolas Jacques, widower of Marie Josephte Bedard, of the one part and Catherine Alard, daughter of Andre Alard and Anne Lemarcher, also from this parish of the other part, knowing of no impediment ..(to this union).. we, the curate of the same parish, have ..(given the nuptial blessing).. in our Holy Mother Church in the presence of Thomas Alard, uncle of the groom, Andre Alard, father of the groom, Louis Jacques, father of the bride and others, all of whom, as well as the bride have declared they are unable to sign (their names) in the presence of the groom and others who signed, according to the order (or regulation, policy).

Many thanks for your translated version of the above marriage record. The message board has not been busy this past year and I don't check it very often.
