John Eve Ishmael b/abt 1815- wife Charlotte
Sarah Elizabeth Jane Ishmael(his dgt) b/abt 1835-husband Thomas Jacob Morris

moved to St. Lucia and had a family. 2 kids
in England, 2 in Canada 1 in USA (florida).

My great grandmothers name was Sarah Elizabeth Jane Ishmael she married Thomas Jacob Morris. I don't know her parents name but she was born in St. Andrew had 8 children.
I would like to share information with Ishmael's from anywhere who have info connected to Barados.

My grandfather was Kenneth Ishmael. He lived in Barbados with his brothers/sisters and moved to St. Lucia. His wife was Hettie. Their children were Marilyn (Canada), Anthony (my dad, Canada), Michael (England), Trevor (USA) and Cristobel (England). I attended an Ishmael family reunion in Barbados in 1990. There I learned that I have family in Germany and other parts of Canada and the US as well as England and Barbados.

My g-grandmothers name was Sarah Elizabeth Jane Ishmael who was born in Walkers, St Andrew, Barbados. She married Thomas Jacob Morris-John Eve Ishmael was a witness at her marriage & his name appears on her marriage certificate.
LDS records lists her as having 16 children. I don't know the connection between Sarah & john Eve, but he was married to Charlotte Ann & they had 8 children.
My grandmother, Sarah's daughter, was Drusilla Antoinette Morris, born 12/29/1859, who married William Gibbs.
If you interested, I can give you the names of Sarah & Charlotte's children.
I would be interested in info about your Ishmael family from Barbados.
