I believe the AFQT-5B-61 III might be related to his speciality that he enlisted for.

The decorations are the Good Conduct Medal (GCM) and the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award (AFOUA).

No Time Lost means he wasn't charged for any time for courts martials or unexcused leave. He was paid for 53 days time he hadn't used, which means he hadn't taken leave in quite some time.

The AQE section are his test scores from the military qualification test- todays ASVAB.

I think I may be able to explain your questions a little more thoroughly.
AFQT is the Armed Forces Qualification Test 5B-61 is the test series and the III is the category level.

@26 Good Conduct Medal was awarded for the time period 10 September 1959 to 9 September 1962 Special Order (SO)G-17 and he was assigned to the 3902 Air Base Wing (I belTeve. The AFOUA Is the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, G-114 is the order number issued by the Department of the Air Force, 9 November 1962.

AQE is Quakification Examination and the numbers are the test scores in easn area. Mech is Mechanical, Adm is Administration, Gen is General and Elect is Electrical and he tested October 59.

I hope this further explains the info.

I know AFQT was Air Force Qualifying Test. I have no idea what the 5B, 61 or III mean. I do know that FSSD means Foreign Service Selection Date. I think you have gotten the rest of them answered, haven't you?
