An image of the marriage certificate is found on the WA Digital Archives:http://www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/Home
It shows Eugene Turner, age 34, born in Illinois, son of Lucian and Mary (Lutz); Bessie McCullough, age 19(1896?), born in "Wash?" they married on 2 Dec 1915. The handwriting on the image is VERY poor, it "appears" her father, John?, was born in Oregon, her mother Sarah?, born in "O"(Oregon? Ohio?). Witness was a Bertha McCullough
--Your tree (below) shows a 1910 census of Whitman county where she is identified as the daughter of Charles and Anna, and was born in Oregon. This person would have been 21/22 at the time of marriage. The 1920 Census does show her birth in Oregon, but shows her as 23 that enumeration date of 2 January. The 1930 shows birth in Oregon and age of 32 on enumeration of April 2. It also shows she was 18 at the time of marriage.
Several family tree identifies a Eugene Turner, born about 1878, died 10 Nov 1948 in Sandpoint, Bonner County, ID, son of Lucien McShan Turner and Mary Elizabeth Lutz.
