Lewis Dobbs m.Ellen Tuttle c.1859 ,and had daughter Ida who married Percy Wood. They had daughter Ida who married a
Gilleo from Cold Spring. I have actual dates in my files at home. Kindly respond.
This may be a part of the Gilleo family I was married into..My Father-in-law is David Gilleo from Peekskill. He had a large family..His father was William Gilleo and has told me he had an Uncle who was full blooded Indian. He married a Marion Scalisi and had 6 children all born in Peekskill but eventually the family moved to Florida in the 70's. I can find out more info if you are interested.
Ellsworth was the father of my grand-mother, and the other of the family are Leone, Lionel, Henrietta, Anna Gertrude & Joseph.
I can add you to My Family and you can see the information that I have collected.
Glad to find another Gilleo!
You have lots of Gilleo's. I am still find lots of Gilleo's just have to
match them with mine.
I have been looking for new info from Ancestry, but most of my line is what since most of my stuff I had already.
Would love to find more information!

there was an obituary for Percival Wood. It indicates that he was the son of George P. Wood and Alice Travis Wood
It also identifies the sons and daughter ( Ida Jean Gilleo) and a brother Randolph of Rhode Island. The 1880
