At the present time two Tarzwells came to Canada around 1850, or before. One was Dinah Tarzwell who married Ephriam Dyer in Garafraxa township of Wellington County, and the other was James Tarzwell of Collingwood Township, Grey County, James had three sons and two daugters, John, George H., Eliza R, Matilda, and Eliss. Present day relatives of these can be foound by using the search engine Canada 411. I think all the people with the Tarzwell name are related, as the British IGI, lists only 13 Tarzwells in all Britain, and 9 of these are connected.

Hi there. I believe the Robert and Lydia are my great grand parents. My grandfather Robert was born July 1, 1897 in Wisconsin and moved to Lousana, Alberta, Canada with the family around 1910. He married Daisy Knights and had 4 children, E. Lyle Tarzwell being my father. Any information regarding Robert and Lydia would be appreciated.
