An airplane crash in 1928 near Polk, PA. at a place called Bear Hollow. Anyone have additional information on this incident or know where this site might be located?

It was a mail plane, a Douglas M4, owned by National Air Transport. Only the pilot aboard and he was killed. No name given. Oct. 18, 1928, Polk, PA, crashed and burned during the night.

Thank you....Some where in my notes I have a picture of the pilot who was from Bellefonte, PA. area. Each piece of information is helpful and I appreciate you taking the time to look this piece of information up.
