I'm looking for relatives whose line follows Nancy Eversole 1869-1922 and James "Jim" Hacker 1861-1922. Rebecca Jane "Becky" Hacker Bowling 25 Nov 1887-1966, Harlan Hacker 24 Dec 1889-1984, Lee Hacker 1907-1985(buried in Crothersville, IN and Lill Hacker Wooten 1909-? I believe Becky is buried in Scotsburg,IN and married to Ed Bowling. Harlan was married to Lizzie Begley I think. Lill is deceased and so is her husband Elmer Wooton. They had a daughter in KS. The other children were: Emma Hacker Sandlin 14 April 1892- 15 Feb 1935, Clabe Hacker 18 Aug 1894-28 Sept 1983 and Joe Hacker Jan 1897-25 June 1945. The first three children ended up in IN or maybe Ohio. Lill could have passed away in TN. Thank you in advance.

Clabe and Mollie Hacker were my husband's grandparents. Lil was his sister. Clabe and Mollie lived in Richmond, Ky after moving from Perry/'Owsley Counties. Black Jim Hacker was Clabe's father. Lil passed away just a few years ago we heard. Such a sweet lady. I'm not sure where she lived at the time of her death though. Do you happen to have any military records for Clabe?

Elmer was a sweet man..I also knew Lee and Lil. Have you checked into the history of Black Jim being murdered? I think by a Barger. He was supposedly playing his fiddle after getting out of prison and was killed. His wife, then threw herself into a whirlpool and drowned.
