In the last few hours, DNA Match ethnicity section is blank. No information - just a grey block. Doesn't seem to be issue with my computer.

I'm having the same problem. Even old matches that I had checked and noted the ethnicity are blank. Glad to know it's not just me. It suggests that Ancestry must be up to something new.

"It suggests that Ancestry must be up to something new". I agree. In the meantime, if you highlight, copy, and paste the ethnicity "block" into a "note" or document, all of it will show.

I tried to copy/paste in word & excel but didn't get the ethnicity breakdown. Couldn't get the "box" to highlight before the copy though only the words.

Same thing happened to me. It first occurred on the date of your posting and has not been restored since.

The copy and paste did not work for me. ;-( I just get a copy of the visible text.

There's another thread on here about this problem. Others said that copy and paste does not work for them either and suggested changing to "landscape view" or right-clicking the box and then selecting "print preview". Neither worked for me but have worked for others, so you might try. I wish they'd just fix it!!!

Mine just shows "Shared Ethnicity" for all matches. We are going backwards on the available information. Don't know why this is? Some kind of legal challenge? Upgrading the way matches are shown?

I hope it means that they are revisiting our ethnicity breakdowns, which most of us feel are faulty. But I'm not sure that's it, because my personal ethnicity still shows, just not that of my match, and therefore not anything shared.

I think it's nothing more than a display glitch. When I viewed a match on my phone yesterday, it displayed the info. But I don't see it in from the PC. I tend not to pay attention to it when I'm comparing matches, so I haven't really missed it.
