Location of "Lairachberg" (?) in Slovenia or Austria

Can anyone identify the town "Lairachberg" (?) shown in the attached passenger list from 1903? This may be the German name for the town as "Laibach" (German name for Ljubljana) appears elsewhere in the passenger list. I searched the full passenger list and found no other "Lairachberg" listed. The country of last permanent residence is listed as Austria, so I guess the town could be in any country of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

I had no luck with Google searches, lists of towns in Slovenia and Austria, and Google Maps.

The first letter looks like s, so it is written Sairachberg.
Sairach is German name for Žiri.

So Sairachberg appears to be in present day Slovenia, though I'm not yet sure of the specific town. But I also recieved good responses to the same question under the Austria-Hungary message board, which are leading me to the possible locations:
