Sarah Margaret Sowers b May 22, 1862 in Ward 3, Winn Parish, LA was a sister to my g grandfather Newton C. Sowers. Their father was George Michael Sowers, mother was Margaret Marie Wallace they had seven children: Benjamin Franklin, William Jasper, John Frederick, Henrietta, Olif (Olive) Clementine, Newton Carlinus and Sarah Margaret.

I think you are commenting on some of my relatives. My Grandfather is George Benjamin Sowers of Plymouth Indiana. His father was James Sowers from around Monroe Lousiana area. I have forgotten Jame's fathers name but there was a George Michael Sowers that was a father, grandfather, g.grandfather to him. Who are you and are you a relative?
