Looking for descendants of Jeremiah Hart, Revolutionary War scout. I am descended from him through his son, Philip Hart.

I am looking for the family of my third great grandmother, Susan Hart, who was born 1796. I have been looking for the children of John Hart, born 1771, son of Jeremiah Hart.

John remained in the Stillwater area for life. He lived on a farm near the family homestead, which Jeremiah Junior inherited. In his fathers will, John received $2, indicating that perhaps he had received his inheritence earlier.
