Hi
I have a few photographs of ancestors but uanble to find anything on ancestry search. I will post the pics here, please can anyone identify the regiment and rank of this people. This will hopefully give me a lead.

HI Tracy

Both look like privates, no stripes on either.
The left one is RAMC, maybe in Balkans or India as wearing shorts.
The right one has some sort of badge on upper arm but no idea what it is.

Thanks, apologies for ignorance, what does RAMC mean please? I think the one on the right enlisted into Mons and then went to Africa as a Lance Corporal. Does that give any further indication please?

RAMC = Royal Army Medical Corps, Africa would certainly be a place to go wearing shorts.
