My grandfathers name was Antonio Campana born 9/12/1892 in Palena. His parents were Rachele DiBiase and Julio. When Antonio came to the US when he was 17 yrs. old, he settled in Glassport, PA (close to Pgh). He had a brother Luigi that never came to the US.

It is remotely possible that this might be a brother of my grandfather, Giuseppe Campana, now deceased, who came to live in West New York, NJ, in 1901. He later had a son named Antonio. Giuseppe lived in Sant Anastasia, Italy before emigrating.

Hi! I'm taking a long shot in this. My grandfather was Antonio Campana and his wife was Maria. She was from Lucca, Italy. They both settled in CA after they immigrated.
Their son Joseph Antonio was my grandfather.
I don't know if they are connected to your Campana. Maria's maiden name was Giometti.
