mahalo for contacting me ... the farthest that i was able to go was to my great grandparents who left this world recently in the past decade ... and i was fortunate enough to see then before they departed ... but as far as i know my great grandmother Annie Kealoha (i don't know her maiden name) was an orphan from her stories and not sure if she was married ...

Aloha Ipangching,

Would not Annie Kai Kealoha be a Poohina? I believe she is the sister of my great,great-grandmother Nakahuna Poohina. I'm also very interested in Charles coming from Kahana of what island?

Laura,

I am trying to trace my family lines. I found my grandmother Martha Saffery who passed early in life and her mother Anna (Analani Saffery) who married Joseph Kealoha. Anna's parents were Edmond Saffery and Waiki Kawaaiki Naehu back to 1800's.

My mother Puanani Hokoan told me family stories of her grandmother (Anna) who also married Nahaku. I am looking to connect to the Kealoha family and any information about Nahaku as well.

One of the storied was about Aene who was my grandfather's (William Hokoana) mother. Aene's husband was Ben Hokoana, but I don't much information about Ben's parents other than a father's name maybe (Ho Kwong) and mother's name of Hanakahi.
