MUIOOF National Health & Pensions Insurance - claim old contibutions?

Hi
A friend of mine has found their late grandfathers members record card of contributions. It shows total contributions of £52.00. The address of the MUIOOF branch is "Pride of the Valley Lodge" Reg No 8075, Longparish, Andover, Hants. This address no longer exists. Is there any way that these contributions may be reclaimed and may they have accrued interest?

I am looking into the 1912 National Insurance system and would be very interested to see a copy of this record card. I don't need to see the name of the person if that is sensitive.
