I hope you are still watching for replies.
I have been researching our families, and I believe my wife and you share a common ancestor - Anders Enegren, who was Clarence Enegren's great-grandfather. Anders was my wife's great-great-great-grandfather.
We knew virtually nothing about her Swedish ancestry until we began researching several months ago. We now have a great deal of information, some of which I'm sure you'd be interested in.

I hope you've also found out more since posting your note in 2002.

The only Enegren's in Ontonagon were Erick, Anna and one son Erick.This family were from Finland, the Swedish speaking part. Erick Jr. married late in life and had two Larson stepchildren.
