I am looking for my Dutch ancestors. Mr great-grandfather was Simeon(Simon)Danhoff who emigrated to the USA from Groeningen sometime between 1875 and 1880. He was born in 1850. His father was Herman Danhoff. Simeon married Tantje Popping (or Papping)date unknown. Her parents were: Father-Hendrickus Popping(Papping) and Mother-? Vegter. A daughter, Frances Danhoff may have been born in the Netherlands in 1875.

Hi, I'm also trying to find info on my great-grandfather, John Danhoff (Johannes or Jan) born in the 1850's in netherlands. Don't have any info on him as he separated himself from the rest of his family when he divorced his wife, Florence Postema (Floris?) We don't know if they were married in Netherlands or US. Can anyone help?
