Looking for anyone doing genealogy on my husband's family of Twinsburg, Ohio. They moved to Hopkins, Michigan and change the spelling to Tooker. His g-g-grandfather was named Pliney Tooker. If anyone is working on this family and want to share please contact me, threw this message board.

Surnames: TUCKER
My great-grandfather, Lafayette Tucker had a brother 4-years younger named Plinny Tucker born 1836 in Twinsburg to Orin and Deborah (Post) Tucker, both from Connecticut, and who are buried in Locust Grove Cemetery, Twinsburg. An 1820 marriage record from Saybrook,CT has the spelling as "Tooker" (which may be a phonetic version of the English/Scotish pronunciation. I am interested in any other Tucker relatives from Twinsburg origins, or back to Connecticut.
