My Great Great Grandmother was Helen (Ellen) Kelly born circa 1825, Clontuskert area. She married Roderick Lyons circa 1845. Has anyone any knowledge of her parents or siblings. All assistance appreciated.

I'm sorry not to be able to offer any particular information about your family. However, the post caught my eye because my gr.grandmother, Maria Keating, may have died in Ganaveen (Clontuskert)(c. 1889) according to a search that a heritage centre did for me a few years ago. She was married to Patrick Burke of Loughrea. So, if you find out anything from this era in Ganaveen, I would be very interested also. Best of luck.
