I am researching the following families in Milwaukee County, WI in the mid 1800's to early 1900's. They lived in the city of Milwaukee.

RASCH, BERNHARD & KATHARINA (nee LUHRS)

EBERT, PETER & SOPHIA (nee BAST)

EBERT, AUGUST

RASCH, CHRISTOPH & EMILIE (nee EBERT)

Christoph RASCH was a carpenter in Milwuakee in 1870.
The RASCH family came from Hanover, Germany. I would like to share/correspond with others researching these families.

I don't find any direct matches to your Rasch spelling, but possible matches for Raasch in "Milwaukee's German Newspapers; an index of death notices and related items" (1844-1950).

The German papers have a detailed biography included with the wedding anniversary article for Peter and Sophia Bast Ebert in the 1880s. There are also possible matches for them in later death notices. There are about 375 Ebert and 100 Bast entries in the index.

There are about 40 Rasch & Rasche entries, and over 400 Raasch entries in the growing index. There are several August Ebert entries ranging from 1864-1930.
