l am trying to find where my great great grandfather Daniel Logan went to after the 1851 census in Liverpool. England.
Daniel left behind a baby son (my gt grandfather)
l am wondering if Daniel came to Australia in the 1850s

I'm researching Logans (from Scotland) who emigrated to Victoria, and among the ship passenger lists at http://prov.vic.gov.au/provguide-50 is this:
Daniel Logan Arrived: Jul 1854 Melbourne, Australia From: Liverpool Ship: Monteagle Nationality: English.

His age is not recorded, but he appears to have been an unaccompanied adult.
