Does anyone have a list or has anyone started a list on who rode with Jesse James? A list would be interesting to have on file. How would you go about verifying this information?

Hi Betty,
I too am seeking info on who rode with the James Gang!!

On his death bed, my great grandfather, JAMES RODGERS, confessed to riding with Frank and Jesse James (:~O

James Rodgers named one of his sons after "his good friend Jesse".

James Rodgers was from Kentucky.
Also used the ROGERS spelling.

Anyway, if you come across any list or find anything that might lead to more knowledge about who rode with him, please let me know. I will do the same for you.
Thanks,
Linda McCook

Hi Leigh,

My great grandfather was JAMES RODGERS (ROGERS) and on his deathe bed he confessed to riding with Frank and Jesse James.

He said he named one of his sons "after his good friend Jesse James".

JAMES RODGERS (Rogers) was from Kentucky.
If you come up with anything on "the Gang" please let me know and I will do the same.
It would be great if there was some kind of list but probably not.
(:~)Maybe need to check the old wanted posters (:~)
Thanks for any help.

My mother just told me that a distant relative of ours named BOB PACK rode with Jessie James, but was never caught or tried. After the death of Jessie James, Bob left and bought a ranch with the money he 'obtained'.

My gggrandfather, John Hill, also rode with Jesse James and Quantrill. He was listed in "Branded as Rebels" and "Noted Guerilla's". I would also like to find a list of who rode with Jesse. My gggrandfather also supplied him with fresh horses while he was on the run, and he hid out at my gggrandfathers home on many occasions. I am looking to see if my gggrandfather, John Hill, is related to "Tuck" and "Woot" Hill.

Thanks,
Victoria
