Haven't run into this often, but it does come up once in a while where it states someone is a native of London, England or Pomket, Antigonish county, Nova Scotia or even Boston, Mass. Are we to key those locations in Origin City or County?

So for Boston, Mass, you would key Boston as the city and Mass as the county, but how would you parse London, England or Pomket, Antigonish county, Nova Scotia? (from the original post)
