My great grandfather was William Walter Knowles. He was born in the Bahamas sometime in the mid-1800s. I don't know who his father was. He married Ada (Susan) Albury in 1895 in Cherokee Sound, Abaco, Bahamas.
Any information you can contribute would be greatly appreciated!

George Knowles and Arthur Newman Knowles are names I've come across in our family tree. Were you able to locate either. They lived on Long Island, Bahamas. Thanks for anything you can provide.

Hello, I am looking for info on a Samuel Knowles married Susannah Hilton. They had 4 children Samuel, Louis, Adelin and Sarah all born on Rock Sound, Eleuthera, Bahamas. I have the children's birth records but no marriage for the parents. We think they may have come to the Bahamas already married. Our local records start around the time of birth of the children. We think they came from England.

I was wondering if you have any info on a Mary Hannah WILLIAMS who married a ? KNOWLES and had 2 boys- Rupert and William Cash. I have info that Rupert may have died in 1908.
Mary Hannah was Thomas W. WILLIAMS sister (my line). I know it's a stretch so don't go too out of your way, but if you come across it I would love the info!
