I remember hearing the name of Jewell Brinegar.
I'm sorry to say that James Brinegar does not
sound familiar. Do you know any of you mom's
other relatives (her brother's/sistar's)?
Do any of these names sound familiar - Walter,
Eva, Richard, Buck or Cecil? Please e-mail
me back. I have a lot of family history for
the Brinegar family....I'm still trying to
put a few pieces together.

sorry, i am mistaken on the willie brinegar that you are talking about. my aunt says that the doe creek brinegars are somehow a different branch of the brinegars than my family. her father told her years ago that the doe creek brinegars were "quote" no good. so i guess they didnt claim relation to them. i have heard the same thing on my other side of the family, that the lainharts in richmond ky, do not claim the irvine lainharts because they are no good. whatever. thanks for listening...
