I've came across a photograph in an antique store of a man named Horace Congdon. The picture was taken in Scranton, Pa
There is no date but I'm guessing around 1900 - 1910
He's a young man- around 18 years old.

Hi, I believe the Horace Congdon photo you have was my grandfather Harry Congdon older brother. Their father's name was Richard Congdon, who came from Cornwall England and their mother's name was Martha Jeffery who also came from England in 1880. Horace was born about 1884 in Wayne County, PA and live in Carbondale which is outside of Scranton. If you check my Congdon Fmmily Tree you can see more info on him. I am wondering if this Horace Congdon is my great grandfather, born in 1852 in Buffalo New York. He had a son named Harry. Horace was married to Lydia Estelle Holliday and they lived in southern Michigan. Horace was a cattle buyer.
