Surnames: Demoy
Can someone help me? Looking for John Demoy on any census' from 1810-1850. The surname DEMOY is somewhat rare and i am having great trouble finding my gr gr grandfather's parents.

Looking for JOHN DEMOY b. 1821 Ireland...Connaucht area, Galway-at least that's the best place i have to start. ANy help is greatly appreciated!

Most if not all Irish Census records prior to 1901 were destroyed in the Civil War. Try rootsweb.ie a pay per view site or birth records. Try the title applotment book of 1826 and look at Giffiths Valuation for the family name. All are on this site.
