I am trying to find out about any ancestors of Steven Hoskins, of Straight Creek, Kentucky. This was my great-grandfather, who died in 1976-1977. Possible ancestors who settled in Kentucky. Don't know anything about his father/mother or any siblings. Please e-mail me if you have any info.

To: Tammy (Hoskins)Bevins,

Steven Hoskins is an ancester of mine, I
have him listed in my family files. If you
would like any and all information of him and
his family from North Carolina and beyond, I
would be more than happy to send you a floppy
disk of our entire family history. This history
goes back to the middle ages. And farther,
so if you are prepared to be overwhelmed, just
e-mail me a nanamary@bellsouth.net. E-mail
me anyway. I'd be tickled to hear from another
cousin of mine. By the by, everyone by the
name of Hoskins in this message board just
happens to be related. I'll tell you why.
Because I have information to prove it. As I
was going through all messages, all requests
were for my info.
Give me an e-mail and we'll talk.
Take care, hope to hear from you soon, your
cousin from, Greensboro, Nc.
I'm origionally from Seattle, Washington, but
thats something we can talk about as well.
Your cousin Mary Catherine (Hoskins) Cadena

I am so very glad that you contacted me and I am very excited that you have information regarding any Hoskins...unfortunately, I have not been able to obtain much information from my Dad (James Hoskins) because I don't think anyone ever talked about our family line while he was growing up! Please E-Mail me at TMB1004@aol.com or IIAPeoria@aol.com! I would really like to talk to you as well! I figure we probably are related, in some fashion and it will be great to hear from somebody (cousin!) who knows about the Hoskins line! Thanks for the information so far, and I look forward to hearing from you!

I'm not sure if Mckinley and Sarah Elsie Hoskins are the right ones. The birth and death are right but, I have proof of them being buried in Johnson Cemetery and my Granny was always called Elsie Hoskins (Milton) and not Sarah Elsie Van Melton....I hope that it is them but, not sure yet! Thanks for the help.

These people were my uncle and aunt. I remember them well. They have several children, some of which still live in Middlesboro, Ky. If you want to know anything about these people, please e-mail me privately and I will answer.

Hi Gwendolyn:
I was wondering if I may ask who you are. Mckinley and Elsie "Melton" Hoskins were my Grand Parents. Who are your parents? Did you live in Ky? Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks Janice
