Personal pictures

I too have had pictures taken by some unknown. I wonder what his agenda is. I'm sad to say that it is one of the lowest things that someone could have done. Those pictures are special to a particular family and should not be used to enhance someone's tree, book or advertisement. Ancestry.com wanted me to contact the person which I did. I am very disappointed with ancestry.com, I feel that they should take some inititive in helping their clientele, when they feel that someone is taking advantage of them. I hope ancestry reads this, I let you guys know if anyone gets back to me.

I agree with all your sentiments.
Apparently Ancestry's short-sighted policy is , "hands off,let the subscribers fight it out" when they should be encouraging responsible use and supporting the subscribers whose data is misused.
