He appears under Tubberbrien under the Parish Tithes listing of Tipperary Ireland 1828-29.

4 person's named Andrew Kennedy in South Tipperary
Andrew must of been a popular name.
A variety of Parish's for each.

Tubberbrien is now known as Sadlierswells in the Barony of Clanwilliam and Civil parish of Tipperary. But no Kennedy showing in Griffiths's Valuation.
