I'm looking for an old family member, my grandmother's cousin Raymond Welsh/Welch.
On his birth record he is listed as Raymond Welch born Mar 1922 Pontypool.
On his marriage to Mary Beddis in 1954 in Caerleon he's listed as Welsh.

He lived in Six Bells Abertillery, Monmouthshire many years ago, unsure if he moved away. My family would love to find him if he is still living.

His sisters were Mary Ann Welsh and Ellen (possibly others) brother Richard and William (possibly others) Parents Richard Welsh and Mary Ann Talbot.

Unable to find a death for him myself, any help?

A Raymond Welsh, born 4 January 1922 died in 1989 (or, possibly, late 1988) and his death was registered in Newport in January of that year. Volume 28, Page 621. May be the same person but you would need to see the death certificate to be sure.
