cant find theese jones anywhere they were with some bibles i found of my grandfathers richard einion jones born abt 1884 any info would be helpful

it has richard as the son of rebecca nee wilks and henry jones

Don't know what your purpose is?Are you looking for help with your family history,if so 'Jones' is a very hard name to research so more info woyld be needed,but I did find the following.
Birth registration

Richard G Jones mothrs maiden name WILKS

Basford 7b 468 Dec.Qtr 1927

Its not goind to be easy for you.My advice is start with yourself and work back using BMD certificates until you get back to the latest census which is 1911.Jones in very difficult and you have nothing else only names.People on the message boards will help you with what they can,but names and places and approximate dates of birth are necessary.Sorry,but have a go but beware it's very addictive.
The only likely marriage that I could find was a Henry Jones to an Ann Wilks in Pontypool reg.dis. in 1880

I can see the marriage, right on the border:

1865 Qtr1: Henry Jones married Rebecca Wilkes (Clun 6a 823)

The Clun Registration District was mainly in Shropshire but also included parts of Montgomeryshire.

But no other trace of the family!!!

Having 2nd thoughts.Best you start with yourself and work backwards,then it will be easier.Ancedotal info. usually has some truth in it but is not always 100% reliable.
