Surnames: Wenczler and Waltensperger
Oopps! Forgot to state that the village, Cseb, was in Hungary in 1895. After WW1 it became part of Yugoslavia.

If it's indeed the Cseb that today is in Serbia (formerly Dunacseb), then you would need a local researcher to find the record for you. A local researcher could also look for the church record. The churches continued recording vital events of their flocks after official registration transfered to civil recording on October 1, 1895.
