Jason, my fifth grandfather William Spence, originally from Georgia, married Hannah Morris from North Carolina and they raised their family in Bath County Kentucky. Do you know anything about them?

No, sorry, My Spence's came from N.C to Tenn. to Texas. While I am in Atlanta now, I have heard there are numerous Spence's that were in Georgia.

We have been trying to compile a family history of the Spences That migrated from Maryland to Pasquotank Co., N.C.
We have abstracted Spence deeds and Wills from the counties of Camden, Currituck, Pasquotank Co., N.C.
What Spence's do you connect with?

I have a lot of info on the Spence's from Pasquotank and Camden Counties. Hope I can help. Hope you can help me. This line came over on the first supply ship to Jamestown, Va. The descendents lived in Maryland, Virginia, before coming to N.E. North Carolina in the mid to late 1600's.

Yes this is the same Spence family I am talking about. There were 3 brothers in N.C. at the time. David, Alexander, and James. I came from the James branch. I am trying to find any info on this branch, and of course his ancestors. I don't have my info with me, but I am slowly putting it on the Myfamily.com site.
