word wrap on Descendant Indented Chart

I have 16 generations on a Descendant Indented Chart and cannot get all the detail to print as it will not fit on one line, even when I use the smallest print size and landscape. I cannot find word wrap to create a second line. Does anyone know how to get all the information to print? Any help much appreciated. Brenda
I have TMG Version 6.12

Never had this issue.
How are you printing:-
To the Windows default printer or PDF Printer?
Do you produce the report to the screen and print from there?
To a Word Processor file and print that?

Thanks for your response. Sorry for delay in replying but I have been off-line.
I am printing using:
Windows Default printer
Print to Screen then Print & Save

Does it look OK on the screen view before you print, or is it wrong there too?
Have you tries generating the report direct to the printer?
Have you also tried generating to a file? (I would suggest an RTF file, it's less complicated).

PS I can't get my V6.12 to missbehave!

There is missing text on the screen view as well.
Following your advice:
I tested generating the report direct to the printer but the problem is still the same.
Next I generated to a file (RTF) and the text wrap works :) ... BUT the text that is wrapped is lined up to the left-hand margin, rather than under the person's name, so it looks a bit odd to say the least. Also, printing from RTF file prints in Portrait and ignores Landscape format.
I feel like I'm getting there but can you suggest something more.
Many thanks, Brenda

Sorry for the delay, missed your reply.
If you have got no further.....
1 The text WILL wrap to column 1, sorry but that't how it is.
2 Landscape or portrait printing of a RTF file is sorted out by the program that does the printing, (I would use Wordpad) so make sure that's set correctly in Page Setup.

I replied to your last email but apparently it did not send as I cannot see it in our list of emails - so here goes again:
I am reluctant to bother you again but it would be good if I can sort this before I print my book. There is no Page Setup that I can see on TMG and there is nothing under Page Layout. The Printer Setup has choices but not Wordpad. Am I looking in the wrong places?
Thanks again, Brenda

The options are under the FILE menu in wordpad as Page Steup.

IF your intention is to present a book, then you may be better off printing from Word, which has more options; OR producing a PDF file direct from TMG. I don't do this sort of thing, I only ever produce 'working' reports where appearance is a very low priority.

Rob,
Thanks for all your effort. I have worked around the problem by typing the first two pages of the chart for my book. I will go back to all your suggestions with a fresh approach when I am not working to a deadline so I might get it right for my next book.
Much appreciated.
