Do you have anything else on him?

My gg grandmother was Julia Vann Geren Hancock. She was first married to a Geren and then to John W. Hancock. She was born on Aug.24, 1865 and Died Nov. 15, 1947. Her brother was Ira D. Vann born Dec. 25, 1870 and died Oct. 25, 1952. They are both buried in Jackson County, Section, Alabama at the Haigwood Cemetary.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

My ggg grandfather was Mason Moseley whose mother was Margaret Vann m. Robert D. Moseley. Farmed in Edgefield Co., SC, until 1816 when they moved to Alabama. After that Mason Moseley moved to Texas in 1839. I wonder if there is any connection between your Mason Vann and my Margaret Vann? What do you have on Mason Vann of SC? Thanks.

Saw your message on Vann Surname Board. My GGGrandmother Was Mariah Rose, married my GGgrandfather William H. Gorman--they moved from Alabama to Arkansas, having children in both states. The Gormans were from Alabama. I don't know if we are connected, but would appreciate any help or suggestions you might care to offer. Looking forward to hearing from you. George
