Lanskroun Parish Records online?

Surnames: Benesch
Have actual land settlement document from 1904 for Johan Benesch from Dittersbach. Someone said it is in the parish Lanskroun. Are there parish records online?

I am looking for possible birth record of Johan Benesch who was born May 4, 1853. (census records say he was born in Austria, Germany, or Bohemia).

Father listed as Franz Benesch, and mother listed as Anna. Probable brother named Franz. Other family listed on land settlement are Albert Benesch who was the mayor, and Rose Benesch.

Dittersbach was German name for several villages http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dittersbach

You can download Lanškroun parish books at http://vychodoceskearchivy.cz/zamrsk/files/2012/09/inventar.... - page 680 and further, but I don´t see any of the mentioned villages in that parish.
