Your ggrandmother's arrival manifest should have her place of birth or last residence.
Do you have her arrival manifest?
They married in America. The church marriage record should have her place of birth and parents names.
By any chance she was naturalized citizen? Her intent & petition should have her place of birth.

Most of the TOBOLAs arriving NY Ellis Island were from historical region Galicia.

Kmonickova, Anna Plotiste 28 1875 1903 THIS is your ancestor going to bridegroom Franz TOBOLA.

You're welcome.
Thank you for providing, I think, a place of birth for your TOBOLA ancestor. On what document is this "misspelled" location written?

Did the ancestors not marry in a church?

Up to 1918 it was http://users.erols.com/mwhite28/austhung.thm where 12 different languages were spoken.

I know it is, I looked on her arrival manifest.
So Franz TOBOLA was already in US.
Please tell me what you have or were able to locate on these 2 ancestors as that is the only way I can hopefully break the wall for you.
Birds of a feather fly together so they had to have been from a same location/vicinity in "old country".

Franz came first. He came to stay with his Brother Joseph in Dodge Nebraska. He was a soilder. From what I was was told he did not like what they made him do so he fled to America. He sent for Anna a 2 years later.
In 1900 Anna his wife gave birth to Anna a daughter in 1903 she left Anna there and came to America.
Now settled in Norfolk Nebraska Frank and Anna have a family 5 more children. Anna Tobola Born 1900 is my grand mother, she is still in the old country till 1911 Frank is beaten to the point that he is not right in the head. He is put in a mental hospital. Anna sends for her daughter Anna who is living with her cousins.

Sad story.
In order to help you, I need to have a PRECISE place of birth for Franz as the one you provided is most likely written phonetically.

Tobola, Anna Vysenovice, Bohemia 11 1900 1911 She is going to parents Frank TOBOLA, Nebr.
