Vincent W. Fish, Jr.
Vincent W. Fish, Jr., age 50 of Neopit died unexpectedly on Friday October 28, 2005 at the Appleton Medical Center. Born on August 29, 1955 at Keshena, he was the son of Vincent W. Fish, Sr. and the late Joan Fish Maskewit. He graduated from Shawano High School and attended the University of South Dakota and UW Oshkosh. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting and cookouts, was active in the pool league, was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed spending time with his 2 dogs, Mr. Peabody and Pug Dog. Vincent was a member at St. Anthony Catholic Parish and served in the U.S. Air Force. Vincent is survived by: 6 children, Michelle Pocan of Green Bay, Nicole Fish of Shawano, Markie Fish of Keshena, Allen Fish of Green Bay, Lisa (Dana) Tourtillott of Neopit, Richard Tourtillott, Jr. of Shawano, a granddaughter. Sydney, his father, Vincent (Gail) Fish, Sr., of Shawano. He is further survived by 2 sisters, Sandra Jesko of Shawano, Robin Jesko of St. Paul, a brother, Alvin Fish of Neopit, significant other, Pat Tourtillott of Neopit, step-father, Donald Maskewit, aunts and uncles; Clara (Stan) Otto of Shawano, Eugene (Diane) Fowler of Milwaukee, Bernard (Louetta) Fowler, Albert (Ava) Fowler, Dr. Verna Fowler, Sr. Jeanette Trost, Luann Dickenson and Joan Delabreau, all of Keshena, Art Daly, Doris Fowler and Elaine Fish Peters, several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Clarence Fish. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents, a sister and several aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday November 1, 2005 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Neopit with Rev. David Kiefer officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery with military rites by the Veterans of the Menominee Nation and the Menominee American Legion Post #497. Friends may call at the Neopit Community Center after 5 PM on Sunday until the time of the services on Tuesday. There will be a parish wake service at 7 PM on Monday. The Swedberg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
