Maybe this is useful to you: At
http://www.rootsweb.com/~nedodge/cemetery/scribner.txt
is the index of Scribner Cemetery, Nebraska. You will find Bernhard Witthinrich (an ggg-uncle of mine) and Emma (nee Thedens). She is possibly the daughter of Claus and Kathrina C. Thedens (born in 1846) in the neighbouring graves.

Greetings from Germany

Have you received any information since you initially posted your request? There is a decent chance that Mary Hall may have had a child prior to her marriage to James McFarland (which would make her my GGGG Grandmother)

Hi, I find Witthinrich listed in your family tree. I believe Johann Christian Witthinrich born about 1796 could possibly be a brother to my husbands gg-grandfather. His name was Wilhelm Witthinrich born 1791 in Bovenau, Schleswig-Holstein. So Hans Christian would be my husbands ggg-grandfather. Please reply
