Hello my maden name was Carabelli and my ancestors are from Northern Italy I think Palermo and Milan. I never new there are so many Carabellis still liveing in Italy. We live in Michigan. I am the third generation to be living here.

What do yo know about your ancestor who came to
the USA? When did they come and why?
Although there are many Carabelli's in Italy, you can
find that they are all concentrated in the area between
Milan and Varese. I believe that we are all related, our
name is not really that common.
I am still trying to find out where in Italy my ancestor
came from, I would someday like to go to that town and see
how he might have lived.
