Do you have a Mary Hackley in your database? My Mary married David Anderson (he was born in 1797 in Jefferson Cty, WVA). They moved to Hardy Cty. and named their first son born in 1825 Robert Ferguson Anderson. Can you help? Please email me at smlathrum@aol.com in you can.

Hello! I would love to talk to you. i just spoke with my uncle and found that my great, great, great grandmother was Mary Elizabeth hackley Webb Beeler. She is the daughter is the daughter of Samuel Ball Hackley and married a Webb, had 2 children, then married my ggg grandfather Christopher Beeler. Christopher was born in either 1811 or 1812 and I am descended from their son, Hackley. If anyone has more info on this family I would love to hear from them. Thanks in advance!

My GGGgrandmother was Lucretia Hackley b Mar 11, 1811 in Ky.l She died Mar 27, 1885 in Washington Co Ind. She married John Lyonal Hurst Jul 3 (or 30), 1826. They lived in Washington Co. Ind. I wonder if she could have been the daughter of one of the brothers of the Lucretia Hackley Wortham you are talking about.

Rhonda, I was happy to here that you have a Lucretia Hackley. I wish I had more info. unfortunately all I know about her is that she married my ggg grandfather Charles Wortham. The best information I have on the family is that they came the Middlesex co Virginia, Lucretia from Culpepper virginia ?. I dont know if this helps. Do you have any ties to that area with your Hackleys? Look forward to hearing from you. Elizabeth

I found your Lucretia Ferguson Hackley on Ancestry.com. I also found marriage records for some of her children there. My Lucretia was born later but also came from KY. Perhaps my Lucretia is a niece to your Lucretia.
