I am seeking ancestry of Moses Male born 1755 Somerset England. I think his parents were Jacob Male & Joan Brown but I am not certain. I would like to contact someone who has researched this particular line of the MALE Family of Somerset, England

Hi I have a Moses Male b. 1826 from Cornwall England married Catherine b. 1832 they settled in Pen Argyl Pa and Moses was a Pioneer in the slate industry. His son Arthur was my gg grandfather. I know this is further along than your information but possibly this is a connection ?? Thanks Lisa

Lisa - I have been looking for Moses Male and Catherine Male nee Matcott and wondered where they moved to.
The rest of the Male line came to Australia both to South Australia and Melbourne Victoria.
