There could be a connection. Do your records overlap with the below?

Catharina Walravens (1642-1699 both baptism and burial at the town of St Pieter, next to Maastricht. She was the daughter of Hubertus Walravens (b ca 1608 - 1657, St Pieter). He Married Catharina Vesthens. Hubertus Walravens was the son of Joannes Walravens and Gertrudis Maes who were married at St Pieter, 21 Oct 1590). The earliest know Walravens at St Pieter dates to the first half/middle of the 1500s.

Hi Sandra - I can't remember if I responded or not. There doesn't seem to be a connection so far - as my lot stayed in Maastricht, Limburg, Netherlands, from the late 1500s. Let me know if you make any progress. Cheers, Robert
