Barbara, I saw your other post about A.T. Harbeson. My great grandfather was A.T.'s brother and his name is William Byrd Harbeson. Do you know where the Byrd is from? Also do you know the maiden name of Elizabeth Harbeson born 1799? Look forward to hearing from you, I just started searching and I am amazed. Thanks Mae

Mae, as far as I know, the maiden name of Elizabeth who married William Harbeson is not known. The Harbesons intermarried several times with the Byrds so this is probably why William Harbeson's middle name is Byrd. I would like to know more about your line and will be happy to share my data. Please e-mail me at Sassy0236@aol.com.

my step father was MarionByrd from Branchville, I have the old family records that came from his Uncle Charles Byrd. If you would like I could provide the information you want if you are still interested.
