I am searching for info on James Garner who lived in Waller during the early 1900's or earlier. He is listed in the 1910 census living in Waller Co. with his second wife Ida (Spiller) Garner. They had a son Melvin Garner, which is my father. Melvin died before I was born, so I do not know any of my relatives on his side. It is a mystery, because when I would seek info from his side of the family I was told I did not need to know them. If you think you can help I would greatly appreciate it. I have heard the name Chapman in talking to an uncle. I am interested in knowing.

I saw your old post of 30 June 2000. My great uncle, J. EUGENE BOULET, served as pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church after J. S. Dobbs was pastor at Shiloh. Did you find any pictures of 'Uncle Eugene' BOULET in the Dobbs photos? I would appreciate any information or photos you might find.
Thank you in advance.
