Does anyone know where Pilkington is in Lancashire? I know there's a place near St.Helen's, but is there another?

Hi
There is a Pilkington which does not show up on recent maps I believe. The Pilkington I am talking about lies about North west of Manchester, it is at the top of Clifton and Pendlebury and is surrounded by Stand, Farnsworth, Clifton, Pendlebury, Middleton and Bury. Hope these names help you. It is famous round here for its Glass making.

Let me know if you need anymore on it. You could try going on Genuki site which is very good for places in England.
